Obedience Training - also known as Command Training

The terms command training and obedience training are synonymous. Both refer
to the art and science of teaching your dog to obey your instructions.

As part of obedience training, this workshop will tell you how teach your dog to
execute the following commands:

  1. to sit
  2. to lie down
  3. to stand up
  4. to come to you in the prescribed manner
  5. to follow you as you leave
  6. to walk with you in the heel position, both on and off lead
  7. to disregard the previous command upon receiving the release
  8. to wait in place until he receives the release command
  9. to stop whatever he is doing, the instant the no command is given
