Social Punishers
Social punishers serve to decrease the rate of the target response, just like any other punishers. However, social punishers are dispensed by living creatures the subject encounters in his environment.
Anytime anyone punishes a dog by speaking harsh words to him, they can be said to be punishing socially, or applying a social punisher. However, on this website, we teach you to speak the word no to your dog in an unsettling voice, which will trigger a response in your dog's physiology that will kick things up a level and transform your verbal rebuke into a much more potent primary punisher.
Social punishers come under the category of secondary punishers.
